Cyberwarfare

For most of the people this is like an abstract topic but in reality some countries are already prepared for this attack vector, if I may call it that.
So what does this mean?
It means that in a war type scenario, countries have to lookout for more than land, air and water threats, and most would agree that this would be the most damaging of them all; it could cripple the country in such a way that most of the population wont even be aware of the fact that they have already been attacked.
How is that possible you may think.

Wow, I was shocked yesterday night that at 1am google had finally indexed my website, now this is way before I had expected it to do so, considering my last post.

It turns out there are several factors which expedite your inclusion in search engine’s indexes. Like submitting your url to search engines, adding yourself to web directories, if you have a blog, then submitting it to blog registers etc

So it took google 3 days to index my website, although when I instantly checked at msn… Read More | 3 Comments

Hello guys,

I didn’t have any interest in SEO at all.

But as you know, I made my own website a few days back, where you are at now, and I was totally excited about it, but its been 2 days now and my site is not listed in google or any other search engines, even if I search for “borrowedhour.com”. After doing some research I came to know I have to involve myself into SEO.

Well, that indulgence was quite rewarding. I came to know so much more about this new thing, facts that have made me more knowledgeable, stuff like google apparently takes 4-7 weeks to list a new website :( , while search engines like yahoo, msn are much faster at adding new sites in… Read More | 11 Comments
